Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JEM SportsOS. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, registering through the platform, or otherwise using JEM SportsOS, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
JEM SportsOS provides sports-organization management tools, which may include organization and team administration, scheduling, attendance, communications, registrations, facilities, athlete development, recruiting workflows and related features. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Accounts may be assigned roles such as organization administrator, coach, parent or guardian, player, or platform administrator. Access is limited by the permissions associated with each role and organization.
3. Minors and guardians
JEM SportsOS may be used by organizations serving minors. Parents, guardians and organizations are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law and for supervising minor users as appropriate. Users must follow JEM SportsOS youth-safety requirements and organization policies.
4. Organization responsibilities
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their organization environment, approving members, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate organization information, and ensuring their use of JEM SportsOS complies with applicable laws, league rules and internal policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use JEM SportsOS to harass, threaten, exploit or endanger another person; impersonate others; access information without authorization; interfere with platform security or availability; distribute malicious code; use the service for unlawful activity; or upload content that violates another person's rights. Attempts to bypass organization or role-based access controls are prohibited.
6. User and organization content
Users and organizations retain their rights in content they submit. You grant JEM SportsOS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content to the platform.
7. Recruiting profiles and sharing
When a user or authorized organization intentionally creates or shares a public recruiting profile, information designated for that profile may be accessible through the shared link. Users and organizations are responsible for reviewing information before sharing it publicly. Private platform information is not intended to become public merely because a recruiting profile is shared.
8. Programs, registrations and payments
Organizations are responsible for the programs they publish, their eligibility rules, pricing, refunds, evaluations and participation decisions. When payment functionality is enabled, additional payment-provider terms may apply. JEM SportsOS is not responsible for an organization's coaching, selection, participation or refund decisions except to the extent required by law.
9. Service availability
We work to keep JEM SportsOS reliable and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, security events or other circumstances may affect availability.
10. Intellectual property
JEM SportsOS, its software, branding, designs and platform materials are owned by JEM SportsOS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to users or organizations.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address violations of these Terms, comply with law, respond to nonpayment under an applicable commercial agreement, or discontinue the service. Users may request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEM SportsOS is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed. JEM SportsOS is a technology platform and does not supervise athletic activities, provide medical advice, guarantee recruiting outcomes, or make organization selection decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEM SportsOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform and services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
